Snowmbobile Trip Policies
Snowmobile tours are available from November 15th through April 15th seven days a week on Cottonwood Pass. Space is usually available on short notice, however RESERVATIONS ARE ENCOURAGED and should be MADE IN ADVANCE with a 50% deposit to guarantee space.

Refunds (less a 15 person per day reservation fee) will be made on any reservation if cancelled in writing by certified mail and received in our offices at least 20 days before your departure date. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days before departure are not subject to a refund. All trips depart as scheduled regardless of weather conditions
Snowmobiling is a high risk adventure sport, you will assume all risk while you are involved, you are also responsible for the snowmobile. All damages are the responsibility of the guest, Cottonwood Country does have insurance available with a 250.00 deductable.
